Job Description:
  • A management trainee in the QSR industry normally works in a hospitality business such as a our restaurant. 
  • The role of this position is to learn to work within a team whose goal is to increase sales and provide excellent customer service.

This job role would comprise of the following responsibilities :
  • To maintain customer services and facilities
  • To greet customers and provide assistance.
  • To check received stock against invoices & mark prices on stock
  • To restock shelves
  • To maintain accounts & record prices in the log book
  • To receive cash and provide correct chang
  • To balance cash receipts​​​​​​
  • To make deposits
  • To record visa and debit accounts
  • To maintain cleanliness and order in the store
  • To perform laundry duties
