- Department tracking of business on weekly basis
- Operational team report on daily basis
- Function tracking on plan vs action on daily and weekly basis
- Annual and Monthly Business Operational plan co ordination
- ERP Design module co ordination with the consultant
- Building up the customer service system
- Sister concern support activities
- Support on HRD and other internal support
- Providing guidance to functions wherever it is required
- Employee Grievance handling & counseling based on the requirement.
