Job Description
Business Development
- Initiate and develop relationship with key decision makers in target organizations for business development.
- Identify prospective clients and advisors from various sectors such as government and corporate, generate business from the existing, thereby achieve branch targets.
- Evolve market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve branch targets on all parameters.
- New client & application development, Generating sales in the assigned territory, Track competitors, Penetration of entire product range in assigned territory.
- Customer prospecting, providing technical support to meet customer needs, makes presentations to customer by ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for Sales Activities & Preparation of techno commercial offers.
- Track competitors, Evolve pricing strategies, Generating sales (Direct).
- Developing new markets for products, Brand promotion, and Identify key differentiators in assigned territory.
- Work for company's key accounts, Conducting technical programs and workshops.
- Will be solely responsible for hiring multiple TSM (Territory Sales Executive).
- A Territory Sales Executive is a single window, high energy touch point between PRIMOTECH & its Dealerships in the territories of the region of operation to facilitate all interactions.
- The TSE is responsible for : Sales volumes, customer satisfaction, marketing promotions, training to dealer sales executives, and to provide a differentiated sales experience at PRIMOTECH Dealerships or any touch point of any of the Primotech’s channel partner .
