Management Trainee Job in Ghar Pe Shiksha at Delhi

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Meet performance (SMART) goals and objectives set by upper management and determined upon accepting the position
2. Gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes
3. Observe and learn from experienced staff members
4. Understand each project & their goals
5. Deal with logistics & other resource functions
6. Take detailed notes and liaise with managers, supervisors, and other senior staff
7. Complete all assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations
8. Create charts, graphs, and presentations for leadership teams
9. Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports
10. Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
11. Travel to different offices and participate in daily operations as & when required
12. Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports
