Job Description
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic SQL knowledge to use the Select, Update, Insert queries
- Detail & Process Oriented
- Ability to influence and gain co-operative relationship internally with the Departments and externally with Global Customers
- Excellent oral, written and client presentation skills.
- Good Interpersonal Skills- Teamwork and participation with stakeholders. Ability to interact with the Group Heads if required and with the members of the Senior Management.
- Technologies –Microsoft Office well versed with in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word/Power point/Projects.)
- Self-Starter, works well unsupervised or with limited supervision.
- Thinks Logically
- Responsible for logging of tickets. Taking complete ownership of the tickets logged. Ensuring issue resolution is as per SLA while maintaining the quality of resolution
- Responsible of investigation of issues/ tickets raised by clients and ensure timely resolution
- Working closely with the Implementation Consulting, Software Development, Software Testing, Release Team etc. for successful, timely and quality resolution of the Logged Tickets
- Ensuring regular and correct update of ticket tracker, and timely reporting to the Management.
