Management Trainee (MT) Profile - Project Management

The candidates will be responsible for the following:

Manage multiple concurrent quantitative projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal error.

Setting-up and monitoring reports evaluating key project metrics

Ensuring quality measures are followed
-
Ensuring key project performance metrics such as project profitability meet or exceed established guidelines
-
Proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, overcome, and/or escalate project challenges on time
-
Effectively communicate both as an individual and as part of a client-facing project team. The position reports to the company’s director of operations.
The right candidate will excel in the following tasks:Handle daily project operations
Nurture unique client relationships
Facilitate building a successful pipeline of business
Organized management clearly showing an ability to create order in chaos QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
The suitable candidate would:

Have a bachelor’s degree (preferably not from the Arts stream)

Be able to leverage Progresso proprietary tools to analyze client requirements to maximize conversion
• Provide a timely and accurate response to requests. Maintain and work to increase profitability. Work to increase the win rate by providing exceptional quality and feasible solutions
• Engage in knowledge sharing including project set up best practices and coordination across internal functions/teams
• Assist in the internal management of the closed projects through Progresso’s operations process (promotions, technical integration, accounting, etc.)

Manage projects in an organized fashion

Be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously to earn repeat business

Be able to analyze qualitative and quantitative data for profitable bid formulation
-
Be able to work independently and be self-motivated with effective time management
-
Show good written, oral and electronic communications in English

Be comfortable in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
