Sourcing talent through different sources, Headhunting, Internet Mining, Research, Industry mapping, Talent Mapping, Candidate Engagement, Client-Candidate Relationship Management, Salary Negotiation, Job Positioning and follow ups during and after the interviewing process.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Source potential candidates from various online channels
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone )
Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards.
