- Person will be responsible for Resource Management, interaction with employees,
- project mapping of resources, task allocation,
- project tracking to ensure that project is completed on time,
- take minutes of the meeting, follow-up for action items,
- employee engagement, grievance handling,
- interaction with overseas client,
- billing status and handling procedure of performance appraisal & responsible for arranging the events.
