- Media Preparation.
- Microbiological analysis of Raw material/Bulk/Finished Products and Documentation.
- Culture maintenance on a regular basis.
- To perform Growth Promotion tests of the microbiological media in use.
- Sterilization of Media and glass wares.
- Calibration of the microbiological instruments.
- Area Monitoring of classified areas as per schedule.
- Microbiological monitoring of the equipment in production.
- Knowledge of practical testing in Microbial Limit Test, Water analysis, Environmental Monitoring.
