ROLE SYNOPSIS:

As a Trainee Branch Manager, you will be involved in various aspects of the business which include Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance, Leadership, Team Management, Business Operations. You will also have an opportunity to move into Management Roles within 8 to 10 months based on your performance. We will provide you with FREE on-the-job training.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We have a systematic criteria-based promotion structure, wherein each individual is given an opportunity to learn and grow simultaneously. The selected candidate will start in Level 1 and progress into Level 2 & 3. After successful completion all 3 levels the candidate will get an opportunity to move into a management position and run an independent branch office.

- Level 1: Sales, Marketing and Brand Promotions

- Level 2: Human Resources Management, Recruitment & Team management

- Level 3: Business Operations & Back-end Administration

EARNINGS:

Rs. 1,80,000 to 2,50,000 pa (Pre-Management)

Rs. 6,00,000 to 8,00,000 pa (Post-Management)

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALITIES: 

Good spoken English skills, Ability to handle challenging situations, Decision-making skills and Team Management skills.
