Job Title- IT Business Analyst
Experience- 1-2 Yr
Position- 1
Salary- No Bar for right candidate
Qualification- Candidates from IT sectors are preferable
Responsibilities
- Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the project management team to prioritizes deliverables, and negotiate on product functionalities.
- Pre-sales- Online Bidding on portals like freelancer, elance, etc.
- Creating documents for Clients as per project i.e. Scope, Brief and Detail document for project
- Lead generation- Interacting with clients for projects allotment and make clear understanding of their requirements
- Preparing Proposal / Documentation of Project
- Post-sales- Coordinating with the development team for timely completion of the projects.
- Status reporting to clients on a daily basis based on project status.
Requirement
- Online bidding on portals like freelancer, elance, web guru, upwork etc
- Candidates from IT sectors will be given preference
- Good Verbal & Written Communication skills
- Good technical knowledge is desirable
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks and work
- Flexible attitude and attention to detail is vital
- Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues on Skype voice or chat.
- Coordinates project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-through to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions
- Manages ongoing relationship with business partner to drive satisfaction with IT.
