Job Description
The role of HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Vikarta is to work closely with the organisation’s senior leaders in order to develop an HR agenda that closely supports the overall aims of the organisation. Your expertise will be put in action to provide strategic support to our business units by consulting on hiring needs, sourcing & selection process, diversity, compliance, timeline & expectation, strategic planning and setting the overall verticals in HR within the respective business units. You will also be required to co-ordinate with operations & recruiting teams across to ensure the effective execution of all the process handled in the respective business areas.
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Vikarta reports to Head HRBP of the respective business unit.
