Job Description

Key Responsibilities

·        Assist in managing product catalogs on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces.

·        Support in order processing, tracking, and fulfillment coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.

·        Monitor account health metrics (order defects, cancellations, returns, late dispatch, etc.).

·        Work on pricing, promotions, and deal execution across platforms.

·        Handle SPF claims, ticket raising, and follow-ups with marketplace support.

·        Assist in inventory planning by coordinating with internal teams.

·        Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales, inventory, and operations performance.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
