Key Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee, you will:

Training & Development

Participate actively in company-sponsored training programs.

Learn about publishing operations, distribution, sales, and marketing activities.

Gain practical exposure to both indoor (office-based) and outdoor (field-based) tasks.

Operations Support

Assist in daily office tasks such as documentation, record keeping, and communication.

Support managers and team leaders in planning and executing assignments.

Learn to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Sales & Marketing Exposure

Understand how the publication sector markets and distributes books, journals, or materials.

Accompany senior staff for outdoor visits, client interactions, or promotional activities.

Support in customer engagement and feedback collection.

Administrative Tasks

Help maintain office files, data entry, and basic reporting.

Provide support in handling inquiries through phone, email, or direct interaction.

Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings or events.

Learning Progress & Reporting

Submit periodic progress reports during the training phase.

Participate in evaluations to assess learning outcomes.
