Management Trainee
We are looking for a self-driven, motivated individual who is enthusiastic about entrepreneurship. As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with the Management team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the business. This role is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our company's operations and prepare you for future leadership positions within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Management to understand the company's vision, goals, and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and support decision-making processes.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, working closely with different departments to gain a holistic view of the organization.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and marketing plans.
- Support the Management team in preparing reports, presentations, Quotations and other documents.
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build long-lasting relationships
- Shadow and learn from senior executives and managers across different departments to gain exposure to various functions and roles.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with colleagues, seeking guidance and feedback to foster personal and professional growth.
- Embrace a continuous learning mindset and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent Communication skills in English & Hindi.
- BBA/MBA/ Any equivalent degree.
- Critical thinking: ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines and production schedules in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to achieve results both independently and through others by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
- Superior organization, planning skills, time management and prioritization with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a dynamic, team environment that spans several businesses which are managed in several locations.
