Job Description
Role: Sales Lead
Knowledge: You're in the final year MBA or graduate of 2018, preferably sales & marketing? Cool, that'll do.
Skill:
1. You can talk in English, write in English, you can trace ancestral link to the Queen of England? Perfect.
2. You have great presentation skills , every time you stand, people see a star, when you speak, bells ring? ... Very Very Good!
3. You believe you can sell ice cream to an eskimo?...Excellent!
Attitude:
1. You have a sense of humour? Super!
2. You're flexible? Well, you'll have to be, no choice there.
3. Impossible is what you have for breakfast? Coz, rest of the day has to be only 'can do'.
Responsibilities of Sales Lead | Digital Solutions
1. Generate leads through various sources and build strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
2. Call and meet the potential clients, understand their needs, present platforms and give demos.
3. Build proposals, manage negotiation conversations and close the deals.
4. Manage invoicing cycle.
Eligibility criterias
1. Management Graduate passed out in 2018 or in the 2nd year of management graduation with specialisation in Sales & Marketing.
2. Passionate and possesses immense interest in Business Development and Sales.
3. Possesses entrepreneurial spirit, has go-getter attitude, is persistent and high on networking skills.
4. Fluent in spoken and written English communication skills.
5. Knowledge of Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage.
6. Willing to travel in and around the city for Sales meetings.
7. Local to Pune / Mumbai / Bengaluru / Hyderabad or neighbouring areas.
Engagement terms
· Duration:
6 months with an opportunity for conversion to a full time role.
· Compensation and benefits:
INR 15,000/ month + sales incentives + travel expense reimbursements as per the company policy.
