Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare timing of different training sessions
• Choosing the relevant training methods
• Preparing the training materials and aids
• Conducting training sessions
• Evaluating the post-training session
• Liaise with manager to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
• Design effective training program.
• Manage training budgets and forwarding it to the Accounts Manager.
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
• Willingness to keep up with new techniques in training.
• Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
• Organizational and time management abilities.
• Critical thinking and decision making.
