Job Description
- We are looking forward to recruit Management Trainees to add to our strength in Lighting division and need bright youngsters as per details below. The details are as attached.
- The Management Trainees will undergo a training of around 6 months that will include all the subjects likes Sales & Marketing of Complete Lighting Solutions offered by Jaquar, Lighting Planning & Design, exposure to the Lighting Orientation Centre / Jaquar Display Showroom, In-depth Product Knowledge along with Technical Understanding & it's applications, Plant & manufacturing.
- These guys will be paid Rs 3.5 Lacs PA (as TCTC - Total Cost To Company).
- We would like to have the terms that they shall remain with us under 3 year's service commitment.
- They will be deployed at the Regional Office or at their place of posting during their initial 6 months training cum probation period, the training cum probation period may be extended up to further period of 6 months basis their learning & performance.

- Please note that the students with at least 60% marks throughout and natives of Karnataka only, will be considered for the job.
