We are hiring for Management Trainee in Business Development at Growup Group.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work on B2B sales campaigns
• Create outbound lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn and other portals)
• Follow TAT for inbound leads for one or more product lines
• Interact with leads (audio and video calls/ messages/ emails), do product/ service pitching and eventually take them to the payment link/ page
• Follow the complete BD process with utmost transparency
• Update live status of every lead
• Achieve routine targets
• Other internal sales processes to follow

Requirements:

• MBA/ PGDM in any domain or 2-4 years experience in sales
• Excellent Communication Skills and sales acumen
• Immediate Joiners
