Job Description
Objective of Role: Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation skills, Sell to customer needs, Motivation, Sales Planning, Customer Service, Build Relationships, prepare MIS & analysis.
Candidate will receive hands on – “On the job” training for the role
for one month, post which She will work for one year under guidance
& would be encouraged to take lead in learning all business aspects
& achieving Sales targets.
She cannot shy away from travelling in
any weather & meeting at any level of hierarchy. The mantra of
success is hard work, PR & analytics. *

- Responsible for getting acquitted with all aspects of the EXIM & Domestic business thoroughly.
- Responsible for evaluating existing & future potential of market for the facility.
- Go-Getter Attitude: The core responsibility of employee is to acquire maximum business in terms of TEUs for the facility. (EXIM, BCN as appropriate to responsibility given)
- Ready to travel across city & adjacent districts in all weathers.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Effectively create, enhance & promote brand image of CMTL & the Group.
- Update department head/CEO daily on potential markets & status of achievement.
- Team player within own function & all other departments viz: Operations, Finance, HR, Transport, maintenance, documentation etc.
- By creating synergies with operations, achieve best financial & reputational benefit for the organization.
- Responsible for logging Daily activity in the system (Customer Visit, details etc)
- Replying to each & every communication of the customer by email & call within the time as agreed (KPI).
- Resolve customer query, complain or challenge by liaising between Sales, Operations, Transport & Trade (Like Shipping line, Clearing & forwarding company, Port, Rake operators, Customs etc.)
- Accountable for recovery for the business brought in time.
- Responsible for keeping abreast of new business, exploring opportunities from the change in market & apprising business benefits to the Management/CEO.
- Any other responsibility management deems necessary to handover.

Continental Multimodal Terminals Limited (CMTL) is a Joint Venture Company of
Continental Warehousing Corporation Limited and KRIL. CMTL has developed a
Multi-Modal Logistics Interface Park (LIP) at Thimmapur (near Hyderabad in Telangana State) in close proximity to
National Highway 7. The LIP is equipped with a railway siding and over
250,000 sqft of warehousing to cater to the
needs of both domestic and EXIM trade. The facility spread over 50 acres has
been developed to serve the twin needs of a growing trade and a bustling city
with ever increasing traffic restrictions.
