Management Trainee (Tech.)/Fire Operator (Trainee) /Operator cum Technician 205 Vacancies in RSP

Fireman-cum-Fire Engine Driver (Trainee) / 81Posts

Qualification: Matriculation With valid driving licence for Heavy Motor Vehicles with at!east 01 year experience Of driving of relevant motor vehicles.

Period: Candidates selected for the above post Will be required to undergo, on thejob training, fora period Of 2 (two) years, which can be extended for a further period of 2 (two) years, as per requirement

Salary: a. During the training period, they will be paid consolidated pay Of Rs.8600/- per month for the year and RS.10000/- per month for the 21d year Of training. On successful completion of training, they shall be considered for regular employment in S-l grade in the Scale of Pay of Rs.15830-3%-22150/- (Pay scale under revision w.e.f. 01/01/2017). During the period of training, they will also get medical facility for self, spouse and dependent children, leave etc. as per rules of the company.

b. On their regularization in S-I grade, the emoluments will include Basic pay and Industrial DA, reimbursement of Local Traveling Expenses and other facilities such as free medical treatment for self and family, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity (as per ceiling prescribed under payment Of Gratuity Act,1972), LTCfLTA, as admissible under rules of the Company. In addition, House Rent AIWMance Win be paid only where company accommodation is not available.

Qualification: Bachelor Degree (full time) in Fire Engineering from Govt. recognized university / Institution.

Salary: Candidates selected for the post Of Management Trainee (Tech.)/Jr. Manger (E-I) shall be considered for regular employment in the Scale Of Pay Of Rs.20600 -3% - 46500. After completion of one year of service/training, they shall be considered in E-1 grade in the Scale of Pay of Rs. 24900-3% -50500 (Pay scale under revision W.ef. 01/01/2017). In addition to Basic pay and Industrial DA, they shall also be entitled to get Perquisites under cafeteria approach, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity as per Gratuity Act, free Medical Treatment for self and family etc, as per rules of the Company. In addition, House Rent Allowance will be paid only where company accommodation is not available.

Salary: Rs. 20600 - 46500(permonth)

Qualification: Graduation in any stream with Sub Officer Course from National Fire Services College. Nagpur and valid driving licence for Heavy Motor Vehicles.

Period: Candidates selected for the above pasts Will be required to undergo, on the job training, for a period Of 2 (two) years, which can be extended for a further period of 2 (two) years, as per requirement.

Salary: a. During the training period, they Will be paid consolidated pay Of Rs.10700/ per month for the 1st year and Rs.12200/- per month for the year of training. On successful completion Of training, they shall be considered for regular employment in S-3 grade in the Scale Of pay Of Rs.16800-3%-24110/- (pay scale under revision W.e.f. 01/01/2017). During the period Of training, they Will also get medical facility for self, spouse and dependent children, leave etc. as per rules of the company.
