Qualification : B.E./B.Tech (Full-Time regular degree only) in (Mechanical/Mining /Electrical/Chemical/Min eral) Engineering from recognized/approved Indian University/Institution with minimum 60 % aggregate marks of all semesters/years. OR 5-year Integrated Master degree in (Mechanical/Mining /Electrical/Chemical/Min eral) Engineering from recognized/approved Indian University/Institution with minimum 60% aggregate marks of all semesters/years.

Finance

Qualification : Qualified CA/CMA OR B.com (Three years regular full time degree) and MBA (Finance) (Two years regular full time degree) with minimum 60 % marks.

No. of Vacancies : 20

Age limit as on 31.12.18 : 28 years

Pay Scale : Rs. 16400-40500

Fee : Candidates belonging to (UR/EWSs) categories are required to pay a NonRefundable Application Fee of Rs 250/- (Rs. Two hundred and fifty only) exclusive of Bank charges as applicable.

About Company

On August 18, 1950, Indian Rare Earths Limited(IREL) was incorporated as a private limited company -jointly owned by the Government of India and Government of Travancore, Cochin with the primary intention of taking up commercial scale processing of monazite sand at its first unit namely Rare Earths Division(RED), Aluva, Kerala for the recovery of thorium. After becoming a full fledged Central Government Undertaking in 1963 under the administrative control of Department of Atomic Energy(DAE), IREL took over a number of private companies engaged in mining and separation of beach sand minerals in southern part of the country and established two more Divisions one at Chavara, Kerala and the other at Manavalakurichi(MK), Tamil Nadu.
