Job Description
1.Export & Documentation Support
2.Preparation of Pre & Port Export & Import Documentation
3.Coordinated with Custom House Agents (CHA) and Freight Forwarders (FF) for efficient shipment processes.
4. Preparation of monthly MIS reports.
5. Coordination / communication with all Internal & External personnel
6. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Exim (Export & Import Documentation) will be added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Rotational Training & Department Exposure

Work closely with teams across departments such as operations, sales, HR, marketing, and finance to understand end-to-end business functions.

Participate in departmental meetings, briefings, and strategy discussions.

Assist team leads in day-to-day tasks and ongoing business projects.
2. Project Involvement
-
Take ownership of assigned short-term or long-term projects and deliver outcomes within set deadlines.

Analyze data, identify trends, and present findings with actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of assigned tasks.
3. Learning & Development
-
Attend training sessions on leadership, communication, business strategy, problem-solving, and other professional skills.

Participate in workshops, mentorship programs, and assessments as part of the trainee development curriculum.

Stay updated with industry trends, company policies, and emerging market strategies.
4. Process Improvement
-
Observe and analyze current workflows to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.

Provide innovative suggestions and support process improvements to increase productivity and quality.

Assist in implementation of new systems, processes, or tools introduced by management.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
-
Regularly report progress to assigned mentor or department head.

Create reports, dashboards, or documentation as required by the team or management.

Participate in performance reviews and provide feedback about the training process.
