Job Description

Authorisation to take inward of stock received at C&F godown from aslali, on the basis of transfer invoice details received through mail from C & FA. Authorisation to take inward of gift article(like biscuit) received at C&F godown from vendor on the basis of scan invoice documents received from C&F. Authorisation of Expiry/Return goods received at C&F godown on the basis of verified document by sales/C&FA Incharge. Making entry in FAS for bank receipt for cheque /RTGS/NEFT in cases of wrong virtual code used by party. Preparation of bank reconciliation on fortnightly basis. Checking/verification of petty cash expenses.
