Manager back office delivery

Location: Vadodara

You Will:

Responsible for the efficiently running of the back office operations, the effective control of its financial, people and administrative systems, in order to contribute to the delivery of the company’s overall objectives.
Provide leadership, for the back office service delivery function ensuring that service is continuously improved upon.
Forecast and operate within agreed budgets for the back office service delivery function such as recruitment and operations.
Liaise with business units to develop, manage and improve the functional processes, policies, and techniques in assistance of the company’s back office service objective.
Lead and drive weekly, fortnightly governance calls with the business units
Responsible for mentoring team and identifying training needs.
Accountable for workload planning, monitoring and quality assurance.
Managing and increasing the performance and efficiency of the team.
Ensure the Civica Vadodara Senior Leadership Team are made aware of any significant risks or disputes in a timely fashion, and take the lead in putting in place early mitigating actions.
Assist in the recruitment and induction of functional team.
Responsible for performance review, escalation and exception management of team.
