Manager - Client services

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, IN

Ensures everyone follows the practices prescribed by Scrum.
Facilitator and Servant Leader who encourages and demands selforganization from the development team.
Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions, addresses resource issue and disobedience of scrum practices.
Preparing Business Impact Analysis for every story that does not get delivered in the sprint or needs deferral to next sprint and present this to the client. , Ensure that the complete work follows the organization client standards.
Ensure the Quality and Quantity deliverables.
Planning of the assigned activities in more detail and complete it within the timeline.
Facilitate the Design and Test community to get aligned to product owner vision.
Sending out the Daily Story and burndown chart to the respective, Stakeholders Co Plan and do strategies to achieve the Digital transformation objective of the client, Able to identify and articulate risk and dependencies and work with stakeholders towards closure,
Should have executed Scrum with Java /AEM projects in the past and is aware of Generate Dashboard reports to indicate health of the engagement
