Manager - Clinical Research and Data Analytics - Gurgaon, HR (868978)
Required Qualifications:
- MBBS+ MD/MS/MBA with prior experience of healthcare/pharma analytics Lifesciences, US Healthcare Domain
- 4-8 years of relevant experience; minimum 4 years of extensive project management experience
- Experience in the US Healthcare and coding, Health insurance knowledge, managed care experience
- Extensive experience in the delivery of projects in an Agile environment
- Experience in project planning, resource and capacity planning using project management tools, e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Agile, AHA
- Proven leadership and motivation skills and the ability to maintain high levels of energy and engagement
- Excellent client-coordinating and internal communication skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound analytical and grasping skills to understand business/functional/non-functional requirements
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
