Job Description

Manager CPA - Operations

Handle day-to-day escalations and close cases
Managing manpower as per variable demand in products and skillset of Agents
Plan shifts to cater to the volumes
Audit sample files and share feedback with Supervisors and Agents
Conduct regular training and refresher for CPA Agents and Supervisors
Organize training and refresher for Sales team and prepare FTNR MIS reports for improvement
Perform UAT on Test cases
Suggest system enhancements for improving TAT and reducing manpower
