Manager Finance and Accounts Jobs in Mumbai - For a client of TeamLease Services Ltd

 Provide inputs for the annual and financial planning process to ensure efficient use of capital

 Establish robust cost controls so as to control any cost leakages within the Accounts Department

 Oversee coordination with the site accounts to ensure timely processing of vendor and contractor payments

 Oversee coordination with the Sales Team to ensure timely processing of broker payments

 Lead the establishment of robust cost accounting systems so as to provide timely, accurate and consistent inputs

for management reporting

 Manage the effective implementation of basic accounting systems such as payables, receivables, bill passing,

reconciliation, preparation of vouchers, book keeping entries etc. in line with the accounting standards and

organizational guidelines

 Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

 Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles

 Meet financial accounting objectives
