Job Position: Manager (Fire Safety)
Location: Jharkhand
Key Rules & Responsibilities:
• Preparation & implementation of Fire Safety Plan as per applicable legislation
• Scheduled testing/ inspection of Fire protection equipments
• Safety briefing to workers
• Assistance during purchase of fire safety related equipments
• Conduct of fire safety drills/ inspections/ audits and generation of reports
• Working knowledge on typical fire hazards and protection methods for coal and gas based plants
• P&ID preparation of fire water system including storage, pumping, hydrants and water based suppression systems
• System demand and line sizing calculations
• Basic design of foam and gas based suppression systems
• Maintenance of Fire alarm system, detectors, signalling and control schemes.
Qualification and Experience:
• Minimum Qualification: MSc or BE/B.Tech in relevant field
• Experience: 3‐5 years of experience in oil and gas industry and CBM operations
