Property Manager - Guest Relations
Key responsibilities
Take ownership of the property with supervising housekeeping, administration, staff and guest interaction.
Know your guests and have a passion for independent travel and the road less travelled
Know your city, its cafés, bars, and restaurants, its art, its music - Give personalized recommendations to each guest to ensure a unique experience.
Demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
OWN GUEST COMPLAINTS AND RESOLVE THEM YOURSELF
Be Responsible for all cash handling whilst you are on duty
Correctly administer the Staff roles & procedures in every shift with 100% accuracy and consistency
Strive to generate the perfect feedback score with a personalized approach to every guest needs & experiences.
Curate tours and experiences for the in-house guests as well as travellers signing up for our experiences. The current list of tours includes - Tour, Food Tour, Pub Night, Hidden Gems Tour, etc.
Lead the Property for Networking and Sales, Working with offline partners(B2B) in growing the business
You will be responsible for everything amazing that we achieve and each negative review & guest feedback. Lead by example to make sure your subordinates join you in delivering an unforgettable guest experience.
To be successful in the role, you need:
Passion for the hospitality and the youth travel market ( most Imp )
Fluency in English and knowledge of a second language is desirable
Experience working with a Property Management System (Optional)
Flexible in regards to timing.
Yearning to Deliver outstanding customer experience.
