Qualifications
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (any discipline)
- Age: Below 35 years
- Compensation (CTC): As per industry standards
- Experiences: 5-6 years
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise the recruitment/operations team; ensure smooth coordination and task delegation.
- Daily Task Tracking: Monitor and track team performance and daily task reports to ensure efficiency and goal achievement.
- Client Handling & Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; manage client relationships, understand requirements, and ensure timely delivery.
- Revenue Generation: Drive business growth by achieving revenue targets and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Training & Development (T&D): Train and onboard new recruiters and interns; promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
- Client Grievance Management & Retention: Address client issues promptly, implement solutions, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- MIS & PMS Reporting: Prepare and analyze MIS (Management Information System) and PMS (Performance Management System) reports; track KPIs and performance metrics.
