Job Description
- You are responsible to take telephonic interviews of the candidates.
- Coordinating with the candidates and HR during Walk-In Interviews.
- Maintaining database through references & job portals.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Handles employee relations counseling and exit interviewing.
- Assist in implementing employee engagement activities.
- Regular follow up with candidates & clients.
Skills Required:-
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Publisher required.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
