Job Description
- Career Planner, a leading institute for competitive exams preparation is looking for a very dynamic, versatile and enthusiastic candidate for the opening of Asst. Manager – Human Resources at their office at Shivpuri, Boring Road, Patna.
- The candidate should be HRM qualified, have 2-3 years of domain knowledge, good communication skills and leadership ability.
- Competencies/knowledge required:
- Hiring talents, onboarding process, exit process,
- Employee engagement activities,
- Must have working knowledge about employee welfare activities and statutory processes like PF, gratuity, TDS, ESI, Insurance etc.
- Scales may be modest to start with ranging 2 lakhs to 2.5 lakhs PA, but deserving candidates will be given a hike on demonstration of abilities.
