Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing various HR letters including offer letters, internship letters, relieving letters, absconding termination letters etc.
• Tracking of employee probation confirmation and issuing letters pertaining to it
• Increment salary restructuring letters processing
• Employee attendance management
• Shift roaster management
• Taking care of end to end payroll
• Must have experience of processing payroll
• Must have worked on payroll software having understating of running payroll on it
• Employee salary slip releasing
• Good knowledge of Income tax, PF, PT, ESIC Challans, Labour welfare fund, Bonus, Gratuity and other compliance
• Processing of reimbursement claims
• Employee's full final settlements
• Documentations of entire payroll processing
• In depth knowledge of employee medical insurance claim processing
• Hands on experience of working on excel.
