4. Qualification: Graduate with Master’s Degree in Mass Communication and Journalism with good academic records from a recognized University. Candidates obtained Master’s Degree on correspondence/distance mode are not eligible to apply.
5. Experience:
a. Should have at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in the area of planning publicity strategies and campaigns, writing and producing presentations and press release, organizing and attending promotional events such as press conferences, exhibitions, trade shows etc.
b. Preparing keynote speeches and promotional material analyzing media coverage etc. Candidate should have proficiency in English, Hindi & Kannada languages. Should be adept at working in Computer. Should have excellent Communication skill both verbal and non-verbal, Effective coordination skill, self-driven and team player.
6. Age: The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NonCreamy Layer) categories. Age relaxation for Persons with Disabilities is 5 years for candidates belonging to General, 8 years for OBC and 10 years for SC/ST categories (degree of disability 40% or above). Ex-servicemen candidates will be granted age relaxation as per Govt. directives.
