Candidate Description -
- Female, Good Looking, Proficient English speaking skills,
- A very pleasant personality, Friendly and Personable,
- Should build a good rapport with clients,
- 2 years’ experience being manager or supervisor,
- Preferably with a Spa or Salon or Clinic experience.
Job Profile -
- Managing a staff of 10 plus people while not letting it affect the clinic performance,
- Managing Staff leaves attendance grooming and other issues,
- Managing clients and ensuring proper follows ups are done,
- Making sure the Client is comfortable and taken care of,
- Ensuring Clinic opening and closing,
- Inventory Management of Medicines and surgical equipment, handling the accounts and daily sales of the clinic.
