Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the curriculum for skincare, makeup, and hair courses, ensuring they align with industry standards and trends.
• Supervise a team of instructors and provide guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure high-quality education delivery.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for instructors and provide constructive feedback to support their professional development.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements, techniques, and products in the fields of skincare, makeup, and hair.
• Collaborate with industry professionals and guest instructors to enhance the learning experience and provide students with valuable insights.
• Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment, adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Provide career guidance and counseling to students, helping them explore various opportunities in the beauty industry.
• Monitor student progress and assess their performance through examinations, projects, and practical assessments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and employers to facilitate internships and job placements for students.
• Assist in marketing and promoting the college's beauty programs, participating in events, and representing the college when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry, with expertise in skincare, makeup, and hair services.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of instructors.
• Excellent knowledge of industry best practices, current trends, and emerging techniques.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills to effectively manage curriculum development, student records, and related tasks.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, instructors, and industry professionals.
• Ability to adapt teaching methodologies to cater to different learning styles and skill levels.
• Knowledge of relevant software and tools used in the beauty industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and standards related to beauty and aesthetics education.
