As a manager, you will play a vital role in our operations, ensuring smooth management and coordination with customers while supporting logistics. This position requires excellent communication and accounting skills, along with attention to detail.

Customer Relationship and Coordination: Communicate with customers regarding orders, address issues, and provide assistance.
Logistics and Operations: Coordinate deliveries with drivers to ensure the right products reach clients. Maintain optimal stock levels by anticipating client needs based on historical data.
Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Support Team: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proficient in Tally and Excel.
Fluent in English and Telugu, with an understanding of Hindi.
Eager to learn and grow with the brand.
Basic computer skills, including email writing and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
A two-wheeler is necessary.
