Position: Manager
Location: Kandivali East, Mumbai
Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities: Operations & Customer Service

Oversee day-to-day operations of the playzone to ensure smooth functioning.

Supervise staff, assign duties, and ensure quality service for kids and parents.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.

Ensure safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained across the play area.

Monitor entry, bookings, and play sessions to avoid overcrowding.

Manage birthday parties, school trips, and private events from planning to execution.

Coordinate with decorators, caterers, and vendors as needed.

Ensure timely setup and seamless delivery of services during events.

Work towards increasing customer satisfaction and repeat bookings.

Assist in promoting playzone memberships, offers, and party packages.

Support social media promotions, local tie-ups, and outreach campaigns.

Encourage upselling of services (food packages, memberships, return parties, etc.).

Train, guide, and motivate playzone attendants and staff.
-
Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.

Conduct regular meetings to improve service standards.

Maintain records of bookings, payments, and expenses.

Ensure cash handling and billing accuracy.

Report daily operations, footfall, and revenue to management.

Graduate in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, event management, retail, or customer service.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, child-friendly environment.

Passion for working with children and families.

Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards.
