Manager - Operations Excellence Job in For a Client of TeamLease Digital at Bangalore

Any bachelor’s degree - Commerce, Science, Engineering (Preferred is Commerce and Engineering only)

A bachelor’s in cost accountancy (ICMAI) qualification is also a good

MBA in Finance, Finance, Accountancy, Performance Analysis, Systems or IT, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence

10 + years of experience in driving independent Green Belt/Black Belt Six Sigma projects and lean transformation projects.

Experience in identifying and executing Digital transformation initiatives.

Exposure to various frameworks and methods for Automation identification, Art of Possible in automation and Execution.

Experience in driving transformative initiatives in Mortgage or allied banking or financial service business.

Lean Six Sigma Certifications are required along with demonstrated process improvement results (Green Belt Certification is minimum, Black Belt preferred)

Project management and Process Mapping experience

Thorough knowledge of mortgage operations, procedures, and operational regulatory compliance a plus

Strong Data Analytics Skill experience in Minitab, Excel, and Other Statistical Tools
