Job Description
Reserve Bank Information Technology Private Limited (ReBIT) invites application for the position Manager Security Operations Analyst
Education: Any University degree in Engineering but a degree in the field of computer science or IT is preferable
Experience/ Qualifications:
a) A minimum of 8/10 years of IT Security experience with at least 3 years in setting up, implementing and/or managing a SOC.
b) Hands-on experience and knowledge on security tools such as Web Proxy, Firewalls, DLP, WAF, Anti-Virus is required along with strong foundational security concepts.
c) Excellent knowledge of SIEM technologies and SoC
d) Good project management skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
e) Experience of managing security staff for at least 3 years in technical managerial role
f) Good analytical skills, problem solving and collaborative skills
g) Should have excellent incident management skills - Detect, triage, analyse, respond to, and recover from suspicious events and security incidents.
h) Technically sound and having good understanding on working of OS, DB, Network and Web related domains.
Industry: Financial Domain (Banking / NBFC experience is desirable)
Certifications (any two):
a) CEH
b) GCIH
c) GSEC
d) IACRB – Certified application security specialist
e) CISSP/CISM/CCSP/CCSK/GCIA/OSCP
