Job Description
Manager – Software Engineering
Location: Navi Mumbai
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Master Degree in Engineering/Management preferred
Experience/ Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years and maximum of 12 years of total experience
Mandatory experience of 5 years in managing Software Engineering projects for development and maintenance of enterprise class business IT applications in Banking domain in one of the following set up’s:
Tier 1 IT companies
IT captives of MNC Banks
IT Product companies focused on Banking sector
Proven expertise in the following process areas:
SDLC Methodologies (Waterfall/ Agile)
Estimation techniques
Project Planning using Microsoft project (MPP)
Risk Management
Stakeholder management
Quantitative project management
Strong technology skills in one of the following technology stacks, hands-on experience will be preferred.
Java/J2EE
Spring/Springboot
Microservices
Fullstack
Microsoft stack (Sharepoint, .Net etc)
Big Data
Possesses ability to quickly understand the technical and functional aspects of the project to be able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders and also guide the team on various aspects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, high integrity, strong work ethic and ability to empathize with the customer.
