Implement successful SEO strategies for achieving top 10 ranking positions in Google, yahoo, Msn and many other search engines.
On-page and off-page optimization.
Link building
Site traffic monitoring
RSS Feeds, Directory & forum listing
Web Promotion, Internet Marketing
Generate Traffic Reports
You will be required to add search engine friendly HTML, Titles, Keywords, Meta Tags.
Knowledge of PPC - Google Ad words.
The primary focus of the SEO Team Lead is organizing and managing resources in such a way that these resources deliver all the work required to complete our SEO (projects) within defined scope, time, and cost constraints

Job Requirements:

Have a basic understanding of website architecture, link structure, content, and document optimization recommendations.
Develop improvements to new and existing sites that result in top page natural search listings.
Optimize various website components including copy, meta tags, page title/descriptions, internal linking, sitemap, etc.
Follow proper SEO guidelines with respect to coding and adherence to established copy/keyword standards.
Research targeted keywords and match up to relevant content pages.
Monitor overall SEO program success with regard to keyword ranking, indexed pages, backlinks, etc.

Desired Profile:

Should have 5-6 yrs + relevant Experience in SEO.
Should be technically very strong in SEO & aware of latest SEO Techniques.
Prior experience of handling US & UK client.
Should have Excellent English communication, presentable skills to handle projects with international clients.
Should be able to Handle Team, assign tasks and get the job done within defined scope, time, and cost constraints.
