Basic Qualifications:

BSEE degree
5+ years of experience managing a product development engineering team
10+ years of experience performing detailed design of embedded real-time systems for automotive applications
Highly motivated and innovative leader providing guidance to the organization
Ability to direct and manage complex product development projects to successful on-time completion
In-depth knowledge of fundamental engineering principles, requirements development, and system architecture design
Strong engineer process development background
Experienced with product development to meet industry standards such as ASPICE or CMMI
Proven track record of designing complex electronics systems
Extensive direct interaction with customers
Effective interpersonal skills with OEMs, peers, global teams and industry forums
Experience working in both small and large organizations
Desire to maintain skills and master new technologies
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to speak comfortably, clearly and confidently in front of an audience

Preferred Qualifications and Behaviors:

MSEE, Ph.D. or MBA
Experienced with software and/or hardware development for production products
Results-Driven: Having a proactive, goal oriented approach to decision making.
