Key Responsibilities

Lead fullcycle recruitment across a range of functions and levels, ensuring a seamless and professional
candidate journey.
Provide market insights and talent intelligence to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning
Partner closely with hiring managers to refine role requirements, selection criteria, and interview processes.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hardtofill roles, leveraging proactive sourcing strategies.
Drive consistent employer brand representation through candidate touchpoints and external engagement.
Ensure hiring decisions are fair, objective, datainformed, and aligned with organizational values.
Uphold recruitment process excellence—tracking progress, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing
improvements.
Coach hiring teams on interviewing best practices, assessment techniques, and inclusive hiring.
Collaborate with the People & Culture team on broader talent initiatives, including onboarding, capability
building, and talent planning.
