JOB OVERVIEW:

Responsible to create, manage and complete tenders based on customer specification or customer requirements in order to achieve both market competitiveness and high margins for the company.
REPORTING To: Managing Director

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure tenders are well documented in a timely manner with appropriate level of detail, including full and accurate costs.
Identify potential risks in the tenders, quotations and estimates in any related contract agreements across customers/channels.
Identify potential vendors/ suppliers for materials required in the project and technically evaluate supplier offers to check match with specifications.
Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the process.
Collect and archive documentation regarding the offer/Order and record assumptions and decisions taken during the development process.
Handle customer enquiries and work collaboratively with Principals as per customer needs/enquiries till the finalization of orders.
