Industrial Relations (IR) • Maintain harmonious relations between management, employees, and trade unions • Handle labor disputes, conciliation matters, and negotiations • Lead collective bargaining, wage settlements, and union discussions • Conduct disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries, and grievance handling • Liaise with labor department officials and statutory authorities 2. Human Resources (HR) • Implement HR IR policies, procedures, and systems • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives for better IR connects. • Oversee training and development activities • Handle employee welfare activities and communication i. Statutory Compliance • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws (Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, PF, ESI, CLRA, etc.) • Manage statutory registers, records, and timely returns • Handle labor inspections and audits • Ensure contractor and contract labor compliance ii. Administration & Reporting • Maintain HR & IR documentation and MIS reports • Support plant administration and workforce discipline • Advise management on labor law implications and best practices ________________________________________ b. Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations • Negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills • Leadership and decision-making abilities • Ability to handle sensitive and critical employee matters ________________________________________ c. Qualifications & Experience • MBA / MSW / PG Diploma in HR or Industrial Relations • 8–15 years of experience in HR & IR (manufacturing/plant experience preferred) ________________________________________
