 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 Maintain day-to-day manual accounting records.

 Record daily financial transactions accurately.

 Maintain cash books, ledgers, and other accounting registers.

 Handle purchase and sales entries, bills, and vouchers.

 Maintain payment and receipt records.

 Assist with outstanding payments and account reconciliation.

 Keep invoices, bills, and financial documents properly organised.

 Verify accounting entries and maintain accurate records.

 Assist with routine accounting and administrative work as required.

 CANDIDATES

 Candidates with basic accounting knowledge can apply.

 Knowledge of manual bookkeeping and account maintenance is preferred.

 Candidates should be responsible, punctual, and organised.

 Ability to maintain accurate financial records is important.

 Relevant accounting experience will be an advantage.
