Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Manual Jewellery Designer who can conceptualize and sketch unique jewellery designs by hand. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of traditional and contemporary jewellery styles, gemstones, materials, and production feasibility.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Create hand-drawn sketches of jewellery designs (rings, pendants, bangles, earrings, necklaces, etc.).

Develop innovative and market-oriented designs based on current trends and client preferences.

Work closely with the CAD designers and production team to ensure designs are technically feasible.

Prepare detailed design drawings with measurements, stone settings, and views (top, side, front).

Maintain a design library/portfolio for internal reference and client presentations.

Modify or redesign existing products as per market requirements or client feedback.

Ensure all designs meet quality, proportion, and finishing standards.

Research on latest jewellery trends, motifs, and patterns to keep the collection updated.

Strong hand-sketching and rendering skills.

Deep understanding of gemstones, metals, and jewellery components.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, proportion, and aesthetics.

Knowledge of Indian and international jewellery trends.

Ability to visualize 3D forms from 2D sketches.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
